  Hoping we can find someone else to rent from soon. We went here because we didn't know of anybody else. We set up our payments to be on the 15th of each month. June 2nd, they're calling us about our late payment. No. The manager approved the 15th payment date, and it's on the paperwork. You can't just change your mind. We were ONE PAYMENT behind and they were very rude about it. When I got on the phone with the manager to ask a question, he immediately just started screaming at me about being behind. He has no customer service skills and doesn't need to be in charge there. Claimed they couldn't get ahold of either of us on our phones, but the numbers were updated. They never called. Instead, they showed up at our house. Manager banged on our door and yelled for us to open the door for a solid 30 minutes. Neighbors were asking us about it. This whole location needs to get new workers.
