  If I could give no stars I would, but here let help the public SAVE YOUR MONEY AND TIME and go elsewhere. The lady at the front was beyond unprofessional, lacked serious customer service skills, it took everything in me not to tell her she should reconsider her position. The school recommended this as one their partners, I was told I could get patches when I asked the lady at the front she snapped that "no we don't sell patches the school knows that". I'm sorry I am only relaying what I was told, no worries okay I was will I to purchase them anyway and wait. I had a few errands to run so I asked how long it would be, she couldn't tell me, so I said okay I would still order. She then responded with "what school?", I told her, she put a form on the counter, no pen no instructions, grabbed another customer and walked off. I was in awe, jaw dropping speechless awe, I expressed that this was very bad service. She then looked back kept walking and said I'll be back to the other customers. I left, I called and asked to speak to a manager, she put me on hold and never returned. I am contacting the schools corporate office and relaying my frustrations with this option as a 2nd vendor.

  I hope I do not have to order anymore uniforms. This is my first time ordering uniforms from this company. Some of the staff was rude, and lacked customer service skills. I drove to this place about five times to pick up uniforms that were not ready the date I was told. Then after I finally received my uniforms the patches came off. I drove back to have them put back on. Then after washing they started coming off again. I called the school after contacting the uniform store. I was told the shirts would be replaced with new shirts. When I got to the uniform store the lady I was instructed to speak with was not available. My shirts was not replaced and they just replaced the patches again. Then the button came off while they pressed the shirt. The lady came back with the button and told me to go home and sew it back in. After all the unprofessionalism I have dealt with I was pissed!!! No you sew the button on or get me a new shirt. Then the owner comes in and says he will pay for me to take it to the cleaners. No I'm not using my gas or time to go to the cleaners to fix your mistake. You take it to the cleaners. He's visibly not happy, but after all of this I don't care. So now I have to wait while he gets my shirt to the cleaners. I am beyond tired of dealing with this company and wished the school would select another vendor.
