  Arrived at 08:20 for 09:00 appointment to pick up load. Gave me a door right away and was told it takes about an hour to load. Still empty at 10:00. Checked with the clerk and was told they needed to finish another load first. As I headed back to the truck, I looked through there their large, and full "staging" area for my load. Two long rows behind every dock door. The problem was that the rows weren't segregated / sorted out by load, or in any kind of order that I could guess. Anyway, first piece went on about 10:10 and was finally loaded at 12:15. So much for the 09:00 appt and 1 hour to load.
