  TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I went in for nylons and this store doesn't carry any so I walked around to see what else I liked. No one acknowledged me. There was 1 other customer there and the 2 employees seemed to know the lady personally. So I found some pants and went to pay. By then I was the only customer. I was ignored. I waited close to 8 minutes to be helped (I pulled out my phone to start timing because I had been standing there for awhile). The lady at the register was doing some sort of paperwork. She would look up but no offer to help me. My husband came over to see what was taking so long. That's when she finally said "you ready?". Asked for my name, email and was rude with every word. Maybe she had a bad day but if your work in retail, you gotta deal with crap sometimes. But I was nice. I just wanted to pay for my pants and go. Well never again will I visit this store. I'll order my stuff online and maybe this store will close down due to lack of sales. Or I'll stick to Lane Bryant.
