  I just had the worst experience with Bobby's. I have been doing business with him since the 1980's. My sister passed away and I had 25 t-shirts made there. I spent $460.00. On the proof paper I signed there was a pair of white wings with a BLACK colored ribbon. Well, when my other sister picked them up the black ribbon was BROWN, not BLACK. They do not want to fix there mistake and said that I was out $460 basically. The significance of a BROWN ribbon is for Colon Cancer. My sister did not die of Fu&%ing Cancer. Now who ever sees these shirts are going to think that. I would never had reacted like this if this was not such a significant event as my sister's death. But what could easily been avoided by simply fixing this error is now going to cost then a whole lot more than $460.00. Watch out Bobby's I feel a very good lawsuit coming your way. $460.oo plus damages. Just because you all are a bunch of unsympathetic, no customer skills, cold hearted people.

  Went to Bobby's t-shirts on Saturday to get about 15 shirts for an upcoming event. The man, assume was the owner, was impatient. We were trying to decide on the graphics for our tee. Once we decided on what we thought we wanted we had asked if he would show us what the tee would look like with the design which he said no. WE had to pay without seeing the final product. Well we wanted to see what we were buying b4 we paid which he wouldn't show us. My sister said we would come back since we didn't have complete number of shirts we needed. My sister was going to take the paper we were writing notes on when the owner snatched it out of her hands. I commented that he was being rude which angered him so he tore the paper right in front of us, put his hand up in the air as if he were done with us and just walked away. MY sister was still trying to explain but he didn't care. I've never received such bad customer service. We went somewhere else and spent almost $200 on our order. MY next stop will be a complaint to the BBB.

  2 time I come here for memorial shirts for my brother who passed away 2 yrs ago! First year we order 74 shirts no problem what so ever ! Second year of his anniversary of passing I come to purchase 14 shirts horrible outcome! They are not using the same quality picture ink images for shirts once you wash them once ! Of course we do not dry the whole picture comes off ! She claims her other son works now the shop and things change! Extremely upset !
