  Amazing Service         I come here at LEAST four times a week, and have never had a problem with the staff here. Although they're of "eastern descent" they're really nice people. This is not an indication of me being racist, it's an admittance that despite the depiction of eastern persons being rude, and unbelievably mean these are very nice, genuine people, and should be treated as such. While I do not know them on a first name basis, they're very hospitable, and all around pleasant people. I've actually thought about offering to assist them part time if they need it just BECAUSE their attitudes are so pleasant. When you walk into the door, it's not just "hi" it's Hello, how are you today." This is a place where unlike most you can actually SEE customer service happening, and it's not just because they want your business, it's because they enjoy having their customers. Something the large scale companies forgot about a long time ago; they realize it takes happy customers to make a good establishment, and in order to have happy customers you need to be happy yourself! I have actually been dollars short of orders, and been told on a multitude of occasions "just pay it back tomorrow" Now when's the last time you received service like that at some huge retail chain smoke shop? Treat these people the way they treat you, and go give them your business. God knows they're a lot more legit than that bullshit "Gas Pipe" down the road that sells faulty products and won't even refund, or exchange.
