  I've written a long review for this place before complaining about how I know they put a virus on my phone when they repaired it. Don't go to these guys! Can't be trusted.

  Worst place ever. Took in my laptop for a diagnostic test, and hopefully get some results to get it fixed up. I was told mid afternoonish that it would be done by 6 p.m.. No phone call, the next day it was until about 3 p.m. when I was told they would begin working on it. (Mind you, Sunday they are closed.) I went in and retrieved my laptop shortly after, and they had removed windows from my laptop. Had an argument with the dude there over the phone, I had brought it working (as the girl worker could confirm this!) This place is just awful, so awful that this is my 2nd review I have ever written. Save yourself and go elsewhere!

  I've left a yelp review about this place. Shady repair practices. This is a band aid factory. Got tech issues? AVOID. Because you will be back in 6 months to get yet another band air slapped on your device and the owner Mario Yanez will have tripled or quadrupled what you first paid over the course of a year right. Thats the beauty of fixing SYMPTOMS and not the root because you can keep the ROOT cause a secret and double/ triple/ quadruple your $$$ if they trust you. And if they trust you they will be back in 6 months this time with an even WORSE problem stemming from the same ROOT. Just go to yelp and look at computer guys of Dallas for the full review. Undisputable and undeniable facts there. I've left a voicemail for the owner and spoke to 'Tony' about the situation and no call back from either. But furthermore why would Tony even tell Mario right? And most of all...based on this issue and the way it was handled, why would Mario even care right? It's not about the device, or the price of the repair, its about the person doing the job. AVOID THIS PLACE AND GET YOUR DEVICE FIXED ELSEWHERE. HOPEFULLY I CAN SAVE SOMEBODY THE CHANCE TO EVENTUALLY OPEN A GO FUND ME PAGE TO RECOVER FROM ALL THE MONEY THEY'VE LOST FUNNELING IT TO THIS PLACE TRYING TO GET THEIR DEVICE FIXED LOL. If this review can save somebody $50 then essentially I've saved you double that. Triple that. You've been warned. YOU GAVE ME THE PHOTOS WHEN I SHOWED UP. AFTER THE COMPUTER WAS ALL PUT TOGETHER BACK. AND YOU POSITIONED IT AS EVERYTHING WAS HUNKY DORY. THERE WAS NO $399 QUOTES??? REALLY??? SO YEA YOU SHOW ME THE PICTURES AFTER THE FACT. BUT HERE'S WHERE YOU'VE SCREWED YOURSELF BUDDY. IF YOU TOOK IT APART, TOOK PICTURES, WHY WOULD I TELL YOU TO FIX THE 'KEYBOARD' WHEN ITS NOT EVEN THE KEYBOARD? RIBBON/ CONTROLLER DAMAGE/ MOBO DAMAGE---DID YOUR TECHNICIAN EXPLAIN THAT THERE IS A BROKEN BONE INSTEAD OF WHAT APPEARED TO BE SWELLING? AND THE SURVEY DETERMINED THAT WAS A LIE....SO IF YOU SLAP A BAND AID ON A BROKEN BONE, ITS NOT FIXED!! SO YES ..IT IS ENTIRELY POSSIBLE TO COME BACK A YEAR LATER WITH THE SAME PROBLEM SIRR!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! YOUR CONFUSED?????? ABOUT WHAT???? LOL!! YOU WANT THE FULL GET DOWN READ YOUR YELP REVIEW. I'M NOT COMING BACK THERE. I NEVER CLAIMED TO CONSTANTLY KEEP SHELLING OUT MONEY WHAT I SAID WAS YOUR GIG IS UP BECAUSE WITH THOSE PRACTICES TO FOLKS WHO DIDN'T KNOW NOW WHAT THEY KNEW THEN, YOU TAKE ADVANTAGE OF THAT AND YOU END UP MAKING $1600 OVER THE COURSE OF 8 MONTHS OR A YEAR FROM THE CUSTOMER REPEATEDLY COMING BACK GETTING REPEATED REPAIRS ALL STEMMING FROM THE SAME BROKEN BONE JUST DIFFERENT PROBLEMS EACH TIME WHEN THEY COULD OF PAID $400 THE FIRST TIME AND BE DONE WITH IT. READ THE YELP REVIEW AND IM CONFIDENT IT WILL CLEAR UP ANY CONFUSION YOU SPEAK OF. RAY CHARLES CAN UNDERSTAND THIS.
