  I used to think within-635 LBJ is just a hype. But sadly, I would have to say good-byes to all those suburban, assuming, depressing and depressive Ws, Ts, and other "struggling" retail stores. This is the best store in Dallas. My shopping experience here today was so good it is unreal. From Ronnie at the Customer Service desk, to the "big" man who suggested the new Mocha, to the pleasant cashier who cashed my Costco rebate checks and the nice fellow who stationed at the exit (he even joked and said good-day and made me feel better while I was holding my pizza combo), this store exemplifies great customer service. This is what retail shopping experience is all about. In the era when door-to-door delivery is the norm, for those who choose to shop in person, we are looking for something special. We like to be treated well, with respect, and most of all, we do not care about your breaking the in-house checkout efficiency Olympics contest on a weekday. We want you to accentuate the positives, so we can forget about all the negatives. Shopping should be this joyful, and this stores did not fail me today! It has mastered the art of customer service.   Best overall value for your money. The prices may not always been the least expensive but the quality of the food, wine, merchandise is always 5 star... if you are not satisfied they take care of it without questions. And at the end of the year they send me a check 2% back on all my purchases for that past year... that check easily pays for the annual membership

  I love Costco. And I especially love having a Costco in Dallas proper! It's hard to beat the price of diapers, especially when they're on coupon. I get my home supplies, toiletries, and dairy products at Costco. Six-pack of romaine is priced incredibly. Ground beef is a great deal. Kids clothing/pajamas/seasonal outerwear is awesome in price, limited in selection (the Costco way). Batteries, appliances, furniture -- I feel like I've bought just about everything I own from Costco! Returns are easy and hassle-free. Membership pays for itself with credit card rewards. And their food court offerings merit a trip of their own, some days (mmm, churros and divine frozen yogurt). Lines move quick, even on the busiest of days. Employees are polite and helpful.
