  This store has a good selection of quality appliances witth friendly salespeople. However, they rely excessively on staff specialists and the internet for product knowledge and financing They have very little stock available so there are delays in getting what you want. It took me three visits and several hours to set up my order and I still don't know when my items will be delivered

  while we ended up with a great Wolf cooktop, the customer service was subpar. I had to follow up on the installation and no call from the company to make sure we were satisfied customers. Again, great product, just "ok" customer service
