I happened to be in Dallas, and decided to walk in with 2 different lots for refining. I waited less than 30 minutes for both lots to be refined. I was very happy with the net proceeds, almost exactly what I calculated. There is a nice waiting area if you choose to wait, overall a very positive expirence. There is a seperate Bullion trading group and you may choose to trade your lot proceeds for coin, etc. Overall, very satisfied with this transacton.
