  I won't try to sugar coat the reason I shop here.I I like this store because it is c-h-e-a-p. I don't speak Spanish, so I had Google translate the name for me and learned that "fallas" means "failures." The inventory consists of factory mistakes, marked way, way down to almost nothing in some cases. This is not the place to shop for high quality or durable items. It is the place for cute and cheap. Most of the staff is bi-lingual (Spanish) and most are reasonably polite. The store never appears to be unclean when I'm there and the racks and shelves are always full. You should shop here if you need something cute and cheap.
