  Excellent service. Had a very special watch that needed professional care and touch to be taken care of and have the band changed. I brought in a band of my choice, so they did not charge any fee. The repair was fast and of high quality. 5/5 would recommend.

  I had the best customer experience at Fast-Fix at NorthPark. They are true professionals who care about their quality of work and their customers. I recently had two yeti cup engravings done. One turned out a little crooked and the man who performed the service was very understanding when I expressed my disappointment. Without me asking, he kindly asked me where I purchased the cup and offered to buy a new one for me and redo it (on his own time and own dime) and have it ready for me in 24 hours. I was so impressed and happy with his level of ownership and initiative to make it right, and without making me feel like I was being a difficult customer. He just did the right thing, and that's the type of people I like to do business with. I will definitely return for additional services. Oh, and my new engraving turned out perfectly. Thanks again Fast-Fix!!
