  While the profit goes to a good cause, the store itself could use a good bit of organization. It's nearly impossible to find the correct size in anything. I went to look for sweaters & other winter items for a friend in need and literally spent hours going through each item on the racks. :( I watched as the staff put more items out, and while they were talkative and friendly, they didn't seem to mind where things were put - so it was not an issue of other customers moving things to the wrong area.. I'll definitely hesitate before returning.
