  We ordered custom blinds. The lady who helped us order them, Teri, was great. They would get a great rating if it were about her. However, from there our experience went downhill. I called and was told our order was in on Friday. We were out of town for the weekend and went to pick it up on Tuesday. The customer service desk was less than helpful. They couldn't find it. Never apologized, never acted concerned. Overall they were droll. Not a good experience. Finally they offered to reorder. This time it will take two weeks or longer when the first order was five business days. Not impressed.

  Do not order from this company if you want to have even reasonable customer service. I bought my appliances because they guaranteed Saturday delivery. I called twice Friday and they still guaranteed Saturday but could not give me a time. Saturday rolls around and that morning they still guaranteed that day but could not give me a time. Same story in the afternoon. Finally, Saturday evening, they let me know they would not be delivering and couldn't tell me when they could until Monday. Monday they told me that my guaranteed delivery was going to be a full week late. They continue to blame a third party delivery service who apparently, as their boss, they cannot even request anything from. Now, they are giving me a 14 hour window on when it could come and yet again taking a full day from me. Their prices aren't any cheaper than anywhere else and if you find someone who actually can answer a question for you they they do not care enough to actually help you.
