I was told from my apartment complex office that they will be here at 8:00 am at 10 Am I call they explain me that they don't do specific time appointments, I ask the person for a timeframe at least in order to plan my day, she said any time during the day....Again I ask her that I need a window of time in order to do some other things. And she said that since I wasn't the customer (my apartment complex is) she can not provide me with any details...WAHT??? so i have to wait the whole day to see at what time they decide to show up, thats BS Definitively dont recommend
