  Terrible customer service. I bought a pair of luckybrand jeans through the lucky brand store on Amazon and they did not fit correctly. Due to the fact that I've had multiple issues with Amazon packages being stolen recently I tried to exchange the jeans with lucky brand directly. The manager would not honor the item although all of the tags were attached and it was in original packaging. He then proceeded to speak to me very disrespectfully as if I were stupid and then blankly stare at me when I asked him to clarify why he couldn't exchange when it was their same product. I worked in the retail industry for over 5years and I have never come across such horrendous customer service. You clearly do not care about customer satisfaction. I would give you zero stars if it were possible.
