  Greatest selection of women’s clothing! But whew, customer service is the worst at this store! At 745pm I had beaten up the Last Act sales rack. Only 6 items allowed in dressing room, I had 8...my bad. I went in to find an employee coming out...’look, we bout to close, you need to put all that stuff back out’. I thought I lost track of time in the racks. Nope, 749pm, they close at 10?? I was going to turn around and leave but said, ‘it’s closing time, already’? ‘Just try them on, what you don’t want put back’. Howudoin’ Macy’s?? I still LOVE the selection and the young guy at the register was hilarious! YES, I bought most and the rest...I PUT BACK ;)

  Worst shoe department in the world. What a shame because I love the mall and normally love Macy's. I have to have a decent shoe experience though and they are consistently rude, disorganized, and mis-merchandised. Not sure how management has yet to notice
