I walked back up front and requested the cashier to call for a manager or supervisor. When the supervisor came his attitude made me forget my frustration. We went back to where the desk and chairs were located. My wife showed him the chair she wanted. This manager/supervisor climbed the ladder to where the chair still in box was located. Finalized the transaction with a handshake.
