  I went in and I see they are busy. I decide to wait in line there was 2 people in front of me. When it got to my turn I gave the lady the fuse I needed and gave her mk & model of the car and she pulled up the items on the computer screen. She was searching for a minute or two for the matching fuse. Then she received a call. Someone was asking her if a type of oil was in stock. She pauses what she is doing with me to talk to this customer and write the type of oil down. Then she puts that person on hold. When she does that I thought maybe she would finish what she started with me. Instead without warning she walks away towards oil. From my experience, when I call to ask if a part is available, If whoever answers the phone is busy with a customer they let me know so I can decide to hold. I understand and think that's only fair. When she walked away I thought that was so rude and unprofessional. I waited my turn, she already started a search with me. When you start a transaction with a customer you should always complete it before helping another. That's good customer service not what she did.
