  My first visit was awesome but my latest experience was completely different. I didn't get the young man name but he handled me so rudely. He felt the need to inform me that the store I walked into wasn't a mechanic shop as if I was an idiot. I only asked if he could put the quart of transmission fluid into my car after I purchase it. The first visit it was done with no problem. He kept turning his back to me as if I wasn't trying to be a customer. I was so shocked I couldn't do NOTHING but get back into my vehicle & drive away. I called to complain and the woman that answered was very kind. She sounded shocked about the experience as well.
