  I stopped in as a first time customer last week, and won't be shopping for pet supplies anywhere else -- the customer service is phenomenal, and unlike anything I've experienced in a really long time. They didn't carry the bigger bag of dog food I wanted, but offered to special order it for me and found a way to creatively help me out in the interim. The store is big and carries a ton of products, but is very well organized (so it's not overwhelming) and kept very clean. They even went the extra mile and helped me carry everything out to my car. I wish they sold more than just pet supplies, so I could get my "human" shopping done there too!
