  I went into the fitting room and tried on two pairs of jeans and decided to purchase both. Two items were the only things that didn't have a hanger on them. Even though I explained to the lady that I was going to purchase them all she insisted that I put all of the hangers back on the clothing. I tell her that the four hanging plus two jeans I had in my hand totaled 6. She continued to argue with me telling me that I had to hang the clothings. When I first arrived to the dressing rooms she wouldn't even look at me or acknowledge me. I had to ask her if I could go into the fitting room and she looked at me like I was an idiot for not placing the items on the rack. All I request from Ross customer service is a little bit of customer service. This was unacceptable behavior and I will not be returning back to this location.
