  Disappointing and frustrating at best...look elsewhere for flooring. Customer service is dismal. Installation was horrible; a joke. The sales staff will not return calls. Damaged my home (walls and floors) during installation. They ordered 30% more carpet than needed and told me it's normal, just in case, and will not return my calls to discuss. Their "repairs" of the damage they caused to my home are insulting. They processed the credit card transaction (even though still not done) and will not return calls. DO NOT waste your time and money.

  S &H Flooring did the most amazing job for my friend. They needed to match a hand scraped floor. Their team matched the color and the finish perfectly. They didn't beat the baseboards up with the installation. Everything was perfect when they were done.
