  I rely on Sam's, predominantly for maintenance of the wonderful hearing aids I purchased at Sam's on Retail Row. I had struggled with bad hearing aid service on underperforming hearing aids for 6 plus years and was about to give up. Then I found Kim Reeves at the Sam's on Retail Row. WA-LA!! Ms. Reeves knows her stuff! For a very reasonable price, I now enjoy {JOY JOY} good to excellent hearing ALL THE TIME. If I have an issue, and they happen, I go running to MS. KIM and she has me hearing good quickly - no hassle. I can't say enough good things about the quality of SAM'S hearing aid product and the service provided by Ms. Reeves. She is pleasant, very smart and a genuine pleasure to work with!
