  So I guess you’re a thief when you have a nice large purse on your shoulder and you’re shopping at this Sephora location. I would have never thought in a million years I’d be looked at as a thief. I came to this location today to use a gift card I was given for Christmas. As I’m casually shopping, browsing through the selection, I can feel someone following me. I thought it might just be another customer so I didn’t turn around at first but after a moment or two I did and it was a Sephora employee. She asked me if everything was ok? I responded that everything was fine. She proceeded to follow and ask what I might be looking for? I told her the product and she offered to show me where it was. Ok cool. We arrive and she stays. I’ve never had anyone just stay and stare at me when I have already thanked them for showing me the location of the product. Weird. I continue to check out the product and decide against it. Again, I thanked her and walked off because she literally stayed staring at me the ENTIRE time. I arrive at the counter to check out and this Sephora employee doesn’t even ask me if I’m a Beauty Insider. I stare at her for a brief moment like, missing a piece of the script maybe? It dawns on her and then she asked about it. I provided my information and left immediately but I didn’t even get all of the products I wanted. I ended up putting my primer back because I needed to test another and was still unsure. Due to the interaction with the first girl I decided it was just time to go. I love Sephora but I’ll NEVER visit this location again.

  Really great service here. Only thing is that since it’s inside a JCP it’s smaller so you won’t find products in stock all the time. But very good service.
