  A bazillion times better than the Genius Bar at the Apple Store. I had a hardware issue with my display that was covered under the warranty. After 2 weeks of trying to get an appointment at the Apple Store in Southlake, the only slot they could get me was 5:30 on Sunday evening. I decided to use Sewelltech, and I wish I had done it 2 weeks earlier. I walked in, was greeted immediately, and less than 5 minutes later I was walking out. 3 days later, I received notification that it was ready to pick up. It took less than 2 minutes when I picked it up. If you have issues with your Apple or Mac, including warranty repairs, I highly recommend using Sewelltech. I will go there first in the future.

  Very helpful, professional, great service. Took in my computer that had water damage that hadn’t been backup in over a year, they retrieved all my data and transferred it to my new computer in about 2 days (and backed it up to my external hard drive too). Highly recommend!
