  I never write reviews but I had to write this one. Christian Munoz & Carlos truly gave me one of the best customer service experiences I've had in 10 years. I recently bought a Galaxy S8 6 months ago and lost it because it fell off the top of my car so I filed a claim with Asurion where I had one of the worst customer service experiences in my entire life [no lie]. Then yesterday I accidentally broke my screen [or worse]... was super pissed because I didn't want to file a 2nd claim with Asurion. The deductible before tax was like 250. I walked into the store knowing fixing it or upgrading was going to cost me a fortune but lo-and-behold it ended up being a lot cheaper than I first imaged. Long story short, I walked out with a Note 8 with money in my pocket and a few extra accessories for a great price. Christian walked me to car. He took my trash. They goofed off with me about baseball. Great experience overall. Only one thing -- don't walk in being a Dodgers fan and expect to come out the same person.

  My old phone died, and I live near this store, so I went in. I upgraded and I don't know quite how the billing is going to be yet, so no comment on price. The sales staff was helpful and friendly, but they are aggressive in pushing every possible option. But I was a pretty easy sell, so it was pleasant. Love the phone, or at least I will when I figure out all that it can do. It is many levels above my old one
