  Horrible customer service!!!! They didn't ship all of my items and said the buyer is responsible for shipping costs for missing items because it costs them too much. I called several times and was told I would get a call back 3 times. Horribly rude service!

  TERRIBLE customer service!!!!!!!! There were two items missing from my order and they told me they would not ship out the items to us because shipping costs are too high! They said they would give me store credit but there's no way i'm going to pay the shipping cost AGAIN because THEY forgot to put the item in my order!!!!
