  Horrible service and extremely understaffed, as a former att, i don't know how manager here is still on the Job. Very long waiting time. They also didn't ask me why i came to store. So i waited about 5 minutes to figure out there is a ticketing system going on. After about 30 minutes waiting "bobby" came to help and when i said why waiting time is so long he replied " it's good now earlier it was 2 hours waiting time. What a professional answer. Thanks

  Very poorly run store, waited 42 minutes to see a rep. When I arrived all the tables were full with reps. watched one rep sort papers for 5 minutes and then take a customer. Brian Carlin the new store manager, had very little to say on why all the reps were going to the back. At one time 2 reps where helping one customer for over 15 minutes while the rest of us waited. When I was helped Colin was excellent. I will not return except to get my charging block that was left out of my box. Stay away from the beltline store!
