  Came in at 3:45 pm to get a screen protector for my phone, I wanted it installed there. I waited until 4:55pm. They had it for $39.99. Most online retailers(including Amazon) and big box stores had it on sale for 25.99. When someone finally approached me at 4:55pm, they told me they couldn't price match. Very inefficient staffing, as 4 employees were huddled around the main entrance check in area for the majority of the 60 minute wait time. Won't be coming back. Robert, the gentleman who finally helped me, was very nice and polite.

  I bought a screen protector and had one of the employees at this location put it on for me. I did not notice all the air bubbles till I got home. I called the store that week and told them the screen protector was cracking on the sides exactly where all the air bubbles were at but I was told there’s nothing that can be done!!??The lady at the store did a horrible job of putting it on that it didn’t even last ONE week! I have not dropped my phone those cracks are exactly where it was incorrectly assembled! I can’t believe I have to go through the long warranty process with Zagg (which it wasn’t their fault it’s a great screen protector my last one with Zagg lasted 2 years)and pay for shipping a replacement when it’s the stores fault! The employee at this location said when the replacement comes in that I can come by for them to put it on. No thanks!! I can watch a tutorial on YouTube how to do it correctly and do a much better job myself!!! Pictures won’t upload on here for some reason but they are public on my page.
