  I had a very frustrating experience with one of the employees at this store. He was friendly enough, but one of the first things he did was insult my choice of smartphone, likening it to something "for old people who don't know how to use cell phones". And he helped my wife select a plan that we thought was awesome, and we could afford with her employee discount, only to find out that we cannot use it because it is an Unlimited Plan, and those are not covered. We also were promised $400 in the form of a bill credit to switch her from T-Mobile, to help pay off the rest of her obligation to them, but three months later the salesperson said, "oops, made a mistake, you're not eligible for that offer," and offered no recompense. I have been a loyal AT&T Customer since the iPhone 3G, but I will definitely be shopping for a new carrier and a new store, once my plan is up. Very sad.
