  Customer service does not exist. Supervisors telling you that you have a LGstylus that has known problems and they are pawning them off and hardselling the next phone.....INSANITY. Phone less than a year. He said it was my fault for not researching sinch i went thru customer service and they evaluated my needs so me a piece of garbage. And the replacement was just the outside of the phone and the problem can not be diagnosed so the respectable things is to give me a new phone not a part of a refurbished one. He stated and i quote we do not make any money off the phones just services so my response was good to know because I will take my cash walk over to apple and buy me and iphone at least you get people that believe in the products they sell. Then i will research other companies and change services. They have become VERIZON. YOU CAN NOT HAVE MY MONEY AND TREAT ME LIKE CRAP AND KNOWINGLY SELL CRAP. UNETHICAL AND I AM SICK AND TITED OF THESE CRASP COMPANY EMPLOYEES.
