  Affordable grooming, but I won't be returning. One of my dogs gets very nervous going to grooming places, the vet, etc. and will go to the bathroom due to nerves, no matter if I took him out 5 minutes prior. Of course, this happened when I took him to Urban Dogg, and the owner threw multiple fits, before and after I cleaned up the mess. She continually demanded I take him outside, even after explaining he had just been out to go to the bathroom. After this incident, I asked to speak with the manager, and she explained she was the owner. If you own any type of pet business, you should expect to have to clean up messes from time to time and not make the customer feel guilty about it. I will be taking my business elsewhere in the future.
