  I am still waiting on my order... It has been a month since I have placed my order and I still have not received my items or even a phone call explaining the delay. I have had to call this company 3 times to receive an update and each time all I was told was a different excuse like - The guy who does the online orders is out of town this week so nothing is getting shipped out, or that we are out of that product and our supplier said he shipped it and it got lost, or call back in a couple of weeks. If I do not receive my order soon I will be going to the credit card company to get my money back. This is no way to run a business. There are many better options when it comes to purchasing wood working tools and accessories. You have lost a customer for life. *** Update I do understand poor customer service and your unapologetic phone call where you said people don't understand how your website ordering works makes me not regret this review one bit.
