  Nathan and Xavier turned my frown upside down :) I lost an earring and have been just crushed about it. I’ve gone to many stores that have tried to capitalize on my trying to find a replacement until Zales/Galleria. They felt for me, showed me my options, laughed with me...they made me feel like a friend. I was kind of a pain in the end. I changed the whole transaction for sentimental reasons. It took Xavier in to overtime and away from his sick wife...he still smiled. Thanks guys! LOVE my studs (diamond studs)!!

  Ordered a ring 6 weeks ago, guy told us it’d be 4-6 weeks Called up their for the second time to check on the order and the woman was very rude. Laughed and said it won’t be here till 12 weeks and when I told her the guy said other wise she just laughed again and said “ uh sorry” Very rude workers, would like management to talk to me.
