  These people will trade your diamonds for cheaper ones. My husband bought me a pap o diamond earrings and he is particular and observant. When I received them they had no flaws visible to just the naked eye. I went in for routine cleaning and also to add screw backs and when I got them back I noticed a black mark in one of the earrings. Upon questioning them the sales rep told me “it’s not like your earrings were that expensive. Diamonds in that price range will have flaws.” I realize that there is nothing I can do to prove it because I didn’t take photos, but if you are considering letting these people handle your jewelry I highly advise taking pictures before letting them handle it.
